Bibliography

Black-glazed saltcellar mended from many fragments and restored. It was found in 1956 on the south slope of the Acropolis.

Its shallow body has concave profile and the upper walls are flaring with curved rim. The resting surface is also concave. The whole vessel is covered in black glazing that varies from reddish to black.
